Freshmax is an Australasian vertically integrated produce supply and marketing specialist,
comprising orchards, post harvest distribution, packhouses, domestic
and international marketers. The company has three major areas of

Originally NZ owned and operated, Freshmax Pty was established in August 2006 as a result of a 50/50 Joint Venture deal with Sydney based investment firm, Wolseley Private Equity, to become a major player within the Australasian fresh produce business. Two major acquisitions have been made in 2007 - the purchase and formation of Holman Fresh Pty Ltd, a leading Melbourne based fresh produce marketer, followed by the purchase of Panda Ranch, one of Australia's leading stonefruit suppliers.
